  • Answering your questions, requests and claims.
  • Assessing and managing your participation as a professional or partner, and telling you about work opportunities in our applications.
  • Preparing proposals; signing, performing and following up on contracts; invoicing and paying.
  • Sending you information about our applications and services, only if you authorize it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not use your data for other purposes without telling you and, where the law requires it, asking for your authorization.

6Your authorization

We process your data with your prior, express and informed authorization. You can give it in writing, orally or through unequivocal conduct; for example, when you write to us and send your data so we can answer. We keep proof of the authorization.

The law does not require authorization when the information is requested by a public entity performing its duties, for public data, in medical or health emergencies, for historical, statistical or scientific purposes authorized by law, or for civil registry data.

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with providers that process it on our behalf, under our instructions and with a duty of confidentiality, and with authorities when the law requires it.

These providers may process data outside Colombia, for example in the United States. Those transfers are made under contracts that require security and confidentiality measures, as the law provides.

9Security

  • The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), with a browser security policy that only allows programs from the site itself and, if you accept measurement, from Google Analytics.
  • Company email uses domain authentication (SPF and DKIM) and encrypted connections.

10Retention and database validity

We keep data for as long as our relationship with you lasts, plus any additional time required by accounting, tax and commercial rules or needed to handle claims. After that we delete or anonymize it.
