1What this site is
The site presents PROVISION TIME, its AI-powered applications and the ways to work with them: as a client company, as a field professional, as an implementation partner or as a university.
2Permitted use
You may view, print and share the site's content for personal purposes or to evaluate our services, citing the source. You may not:
- Try to access our systems without authorization, probe them for vulnerabilities without permission or disrupt how they work.
- Copy the site in bulk or by automated means, or use it to send unsolicited advertising.
- Pose as PROVISION TIME, or use its name or brands to mislead others.
3Information and opportunities
Descriptions of the applications, jobs and commissions are informational and may change without notice. They are not a binding offer: the terms of each job, service or commission are agreed in each application or in a contract. Applications marked “In development” may change or may never launch.
The income of professionals and partners depends on demand for each service, their performance and the validated quality of their work. We do not guarantee any amount or volume of work.
Joining the network does not by itself create an employment relationship. Professionals and partners work independently, and the terms of each engagement are set in the relevant application or contract.
4Our applications and other links
The site links to the sites of our applications. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it and prevail over these terms on the matters they govern.
5Intellectual property
The PROVISION TIME brand, its logo, the application names, and the site's text, images and design belong to PROVISION TIME S.A.S. or are used with permission. They may not be used without written permission, except to refer to the company legitimately. The site's typefaces belong to their authors and are used under open licenses.
6Communications with us
When you write to us, please do not send confidential information about others or sensitive data we have not asked for. What you send us is handled under our privacy policy. An email conversation does not by itself create a contract or an obligation to contract.
7Liability
We try to keep the information accurate and the site available, but it is provided as is and may have interruptions or errors. To the extent Colombian law allows, PROVISION TIME is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based solely on its content.
Nothing above limits the rights the law grants you, including those under Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) where applicable.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disagreement will first be addressed directly, by writing to us at contacto@provisiontime.com.
